So, you've decided to try to create a brand new website on your own from scratch huh? Well, you are in for a bumpy ride! Get ready to dedicate much of your time learning the millions of aspects the effect you sites success.
There are basically three options you have when deciding to develop a brand new site. But Ill try to break down the most important things you need to keep in mind to help your site a success.
Option #1
Try to do it all yourself, from start to finish. Nowadays there are many universal tools that can do most of the dirty work for you, and claim to be an all-in-one package, for a very low price. What you probably didnt know is that these types of services are *one-size fits all type programs. In other words, you probably will never realize it yourself, but this new site is identical to thousands of other companies who purchased the same program. Search engines highly penalize this practice, and although the page may look pretty... it will never fully succeed in anything other than looking nice
Option #2
Hire a company who promises an offer thats too good to be true, and pay a bit less than the real experts in the field. Only to find out that you just spent $XXXX on a website which is new receiving no traffic, and no sales. So now youve just lost all your money invested, and have nothing to show for it but a cookie-cutter, template-based website... which is now next to worthless.
Option #3
The LilliansLegacy.com method...
Ive had quite a few clients come to be willing to spend $5,000 for a website which I would only really charge $1,000 for. I promise to always be more than fair with every single client acquired, honesty is the best policy. Think about it for a second, why would a Design/Marketing firm constantly write articles on the REAL methods that work... and even describe the details on how to do it yourself if you know what youre doing.
My personal promise to you is 100% dedication & guidance to do everything in our power to watch your website move from $200/month sales to $200,000 in sales. This is the reason why I view all clients as friends who I am willing to go the extra mile for.
It can be a very difficult process, but I would reccomend before anything, you sit back and work out your budget & ultimate goals for the website... send that information to me ASAP, and we can start working on some plans to get your started.
